Our role

ICS UAE is a private company that assists clients with UAE visa, Emirates ID and related government and relocation services. We are not a government authority. All visas, permits and Emirates IDs are issued — or refused — solely by the competent UAE authorities, and processing times are set by them. Timeframes we give are estimates based on experience, not guarantees.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account is for one person. Contact us if you need to apply for family members.

Accurate information

You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, complete and belong to you. Providing false or forged information may lead to your application being refused by the authorities and may have legal consequences. We may stop processing an application if we believe information is false.

Fees and payments

The package price and the instalment plan are shown on our package page. Each instalment is due at the stage shown, and we will not start the next stage until the relevant instalment is received. Payment methods, and the exact terms for cancellations and refunds, will be confirmed to you in writing by your agent before you make your first payment.

Your responsibilities

You agree to respond to our requests for information promptly, attend your medical and biometrics appointments, and follow UAE entry and residency rules, including travelling within the validity of your entry permit.

Website use

You may not misuse this website. That includes attempting to access other people's accounts or data, uploading harmful files, or interfering with its security. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, banks or other third parties, or for delays outside our control.
