What you need to apply
- A clear scan of your passport's photo page. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
- A recent passport-size colour photo with a white background.
- You must be 18 or older. Contact us if you would like to bring family members.
- A valid email address and phone number so your agent can reach you.
Everything else, including forms, appointments and follow-ups with the authorities, is handled by your ICS UAE agent.
Timeline at a glance
- Day 1 — Create your account, fill in the application and upload your passport and photo.
- Entry permit — Once your first instalment is received, we apply for your entry permit visa.
- Arrival — You fly into Dubai using your entry permit.
- Medical & biometrics — We book your medical test and biometrics appointments.
- Visa & Emirates ID — Your residence visa is stamped and your Emirates ID is issued, typically in about 10 days.

Do I need to be in the UAE to apply?
No. You start the application from your home country. Once your entry permit is issued, you travel to the UAE to complete the medical test, biometrics and visa stamping.
Are there really no hidden costs?
Yes. The all-inclusive price covers the offer letter, entry permit, medical tests, biometrics, 2-year residence visa stamping and your new Emirates ID. Your flights, accommodation and personal expenses aren't included.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are shown in several currencies for convenience. Your agent will confirm the exact amount and the available payment methods before each instalment.
How do I know what's happening with my application?
Every application has its own online page in your account. It shows the current step, messages from our team, your documents and the status of each payment. You'll also get an email whenever the status changes.
How long is the residence visa valid?
The residence visa is valid for 2 years. Contact us before it expires and we can help you renew it.
Is the bank account really free?
Yes. Once your Emirates ID is issued, we help you open a UAE savings bank account at no extra charge. Account approval is decided by the bank.
